I haven't really done much this weekend. I did read more of Titian by Mark Hudson and watched more of Naruto, so I'll talk about that.
I read the first two chapters of Titian. I really like it so far. I'm actually really surprised that I like it because I could care less about art and artists. It's really interesting though.
I watched episode 38 of Naruto. I know Ive said this every time so far, but it was awesome! The episodes just keep getting better and better! I completely understand why people say this is their favorite arc of the whole series. It is awesome! I'm planning on watching episode 39 as soon as I'm done with this post, so I'll talk about it in my next post.
I have to go to a Confirmation class at six tonight. I really don't want to go. I think they should have made the classes shorter, and scheduled them at a different time. In my opinion, Sunday evening wasn't a good choice. It should be after mass or something. The have religious ed for the grade school kids in between the two masses. They could have high school religious ed/Confirmation after the last mass or something. It be better if I had any friends in the class, but since my best friend quit, I just sit there bored the whole time. They're apparently putting us in groups again tonight. Last time they did that, I was put with my ex-best friend. It was really awkward.
This weekend felt shorter than normal. Of course, since we had three snow days last week, my days are all messed up.

A Two-Day Week
Today was our first day back at school after five days off. That might be why I feel like I'm about to pass out even though it's only 7:16 as I'm typing this. Not much really happened to day.
We were supposed to have a test in world history today, but the teacher pushed it back tomorrow. Extra time to study is always a good thing!
All we did in art was work on our shapes.
In child development, we learned about how smoking while pregnant can cause birth defects. We also watched a video about three babies. One was born to a mom who drank, one to a mom who smoked cigarettes, and one to a mom who did crack. It was sad. I was supposed to take the baby simulator home on Tuesday, but that obviously didn't happen because of the snow. I'm scheduled to take it home this Tuesday, so let's hope we don't have a snow day again.
I found out how I did on the Spanish test I took last week. I got a C! Okay, so maybe that's not really good, but it's better than my past two tests (an F and a D). If things keep going how they have been, I should get a B on the next test.
All we did in English was review our vocab words for our test tomorrow, and start reading a new story.
I haven't really done much since I came home except homework.
We only have to go to school tomorrow, and then it's the weekend (again)! Yay for two-day weeks!

How Much More Snow Can We Possibly Get!?
Guess what. School for tomorrow has already been canceled! Three snow days in a row. I'm not sure to be happy about having no school, or to be upset that we have to make it up.
I do know that I'm upset because having so many snow days means that I have to take home the baby simulator for child development on Monday. That means that I have to take it on the bus. Remember my little rant in my last post about hte immature middle-schoolers on my bus? Yeah, this is going to suck. (Unless, of course, we miss school again on Thursday, and I take it home on Tuesday. That means another day to make up though.)
I woke up last night with really, really bad pains in my chest. It was horrible. My mom doesn't know what's wrong. She thinks I'm just sick. They kept coming back all day, but none of them were as bad as they had been last night. Then, while we were eating dinner, they came back just as bad as they had been last night. My mom had me take ibuprofen, and they went away. It scares me just a little though. I don't know why I'm having the pain. My mom said that if it still hurts on Thursday, she'll take me to the doctor.
I started reading Titian: The Last Days by Mark Hudson last night. I've only read the prologue so far, but it's a lot better than I thought it would be. I won the book from goodreads.com. It's about the famous artist (named Titian obviously) right before his death. I'm not really into art (although I'm taking an art class in school), but the prologue was really interesting. Hopefully the rest of the book is just as good.
I also watched episode 37 of Naruto. It was awesome as usual. I can't wait for the third exam!
What do you think of the new banner? I made it on this website earlier, but I'm not sure how I feel about it. I want a banner, but a better made one. The problem is that I suck at graphics.
I upload another A:TNG one-shot! That has to be a record for how quickly I've gotten something up before. It's not impressive if you take into account how short it is but still. The one-shot focuses on Sokka and his kids Ichiko and Ikuo. Ichiko and Ikuo get in a little fight. You can read all of my fanfiction over at fanfiction.net/~hmweasley.
Tomorrow's Ash Wednesday! Since I'm Catholic, I'm supposed to either give something up or do a good dead throughout Lent. I think I'm giving up gum this year. I've given up soft drinks the past two years, and I have up gum almost every year before that. Tomorrow being Ash Wednesday also means I get to go get ashes on my forhead. Plus, I'm not allowed to eat meat tomorrow or any Friday in Lent. That doesn't really bother me that much though. I'm not looking forward to going over a month without gum though. The headaches I'd have if I gave up soft drinks would definitely be worse though.
Wow, I had a whole lot to talk about for basically doing nothing the whole entire day! I'm thinking of even more things to say right now. I think this is long enough though!

More Snow!?
We had yet another snow day today, and school for tomorrow has already been canceled too! At this rate, we'll be going to school for an extra month!
I haven't done much today. I did watch episode 36 of Naruto. It was a good episode. *SPOILERS* I knew Kabuto was working for Orochimaru so that was no surprise. I didn't know when it was going to be revealed in the show though, or how it would happen. I was kind of scared he'd just randomly attack them or something. I'm glad he didn't. (Of course, he still could seeing as they don't know actually know yet, but still...)
That was pretty much all I did today except read fanfiction and do other stuff online. Twitter was having problems earlier, and as soon as it started working again, my laptop started messing up. It wouldn't load stuff for some reason, and then it just randomly disconnected me from the internet. When I restarted it, it was fine though. I'm not sure what was wrong with it.
I was supposed to bring the baby simulator home for child development tomorrow, but with the two snow days, it doesn't look like I'll take it home until Thursday. If we have another snow day, I'm going to have to take it home next week which wouldn't be good because I'd have to ride the bus with it. Another girl took hers home on the bus, and some of the middle-schoolers were messing with it. One even tried to punch it. Those things cost $500 to replace. I don't want to get in trouble for it because of the idiotic middle-schoolers on my bus.
I'm going to rant a little now because I really want to get this out. I swear God decided to have every single one of the most annoying middle-schoolers in the school district live in places so that they would all ride the same bus. Their principal has even gotten on the bus to talk to them before when we stopped at the middle school to pick them up multiple times. They all have assigned seats now because they fight with each other and even make fun of some of the high schoolers (including me). I'm not sure how they treat the elementry kids (I'm not on the bus when they are), but it's probably even worse. They have to be the worst behaved kids ever. They act like three year olds.
Sorry for the rant. That's been bothering me for a while now. It makes me wish I could drive to school, and I absolutely hate driving.

Beaver Creeks Aren't Meant For the Snow
I didn't blog yesterday because I was watching the opening ceremonies of the Olympics, and to be completely honest, I don't really want to be right now because I'd rather be reading this awesome fanfiction I'm in the middle of. I told myslef at the beginning of the year that I would update regularly though, so here's a short post.
I took that Spanish test I was talking about Friday. Not sure how I did, but I don't think it's better than a C. Spanish II is definitely the hardest class I've ever taken!
In child development, I signed up to take home the baby simulator on Tuesday. I'm going to be incredibly cranky from lack of sleep. I'm taking home a boy, and I have to name him. I already think I know what his name will be. I'm really glad that I only have to have him one night.
The opening ceremonies for the Olympics were awesome! It's really sad that the athlete from Georgia died before the games even began though. It was really sweet that Georgia's athletes got a standing ovation when they walked in. It was freaky how they showed his death on TV though.
I watched episode 35 of Naruto earlier today. It was awesome, just like every other episode has been lately. *SPOILERS* Those ninja at the very end reminded me of zombies. They were like zombie ninjas. That could make for a really interesting story actually...
I also finished A Not-So-Silent Night by Verlyn D. Verbrugge today too. It was an incredibly interesting book, and I'd really recommend it to anyone who's Christian. It made me think about Christmas in a completely different way.
Oh yeah! I almost forgot to mention that my parents bought a new car today! It's really awesome! I have no clue what kind it is (I know nothing about cars), but it's more a van then a car. I do know that it's blue. I got a little too excited when they came home with it. I slipped my Beaver Creeks on, and ran outside not thinking about how there was still some snow on the ground in places. For anyone who was unaware before, let me warn you, Beaver Creeks are not meant to be worn in the snow especially when you're excited and running. I slipped and fell. It's lucky the snow was there really because I slip and fell on rocks and concrete. Luckily, all that happened was I was wet and cold afterwards. My arm and side were a little sore afterwards too, but I'm prefectly fine now.
